NNNN Analyser number now seen on Analysis Results screen

As part of the ActiveControl Web Platform, the NNNN identifier of the ActiveControl analyser is now shown as part of the Analysis Results screen. This has been added to help Customer AC Administrators and the Basis Technologies Support Team troubleshoot screenshots sent by users, in terms of being able to more easily identify which Analyser the particular analysis results relate to.

Figure: NNNN identifier of each Analyser is now included in the Analysis Results screen.

*Most of our Analysers can be searched via the NNNN number in our online Knowledge Database. They are all also detailed in the ActiveControl Administrator Guide.
