It is possible to disable access to ActiveControl by setting Maintenance Mode via program /BTI/TE_LICENSE_MANAGER in the ActiveControl Domain Controller.
This can be useful during upgrades or system maintenance where users should not be accessing ActiveControl Web Platform.
Whilst the Maintenance Mode Active is enabled, all users trying to log in to the ActiveControl Web Platform will see the following message / screen:
”ActiveControl is undergoing maintenance and is currently unavailable. Please contact your local ActiveControl Administrators for more information.”
