The Priority field on Business Task can be used to define the priority/urgency of the associated SAP Change.

The default out-of-the-box Priority values available are:

  • Low
  • Normal
  • High
  • Emergency

It is possible to adjust these out-of-the-box Priority text labels via backend table /BTI/TE_TSK_PRTY.

Priorities within ActiveControl do not necessarily drive the workflow (unless specifically configured via the Rules Engine), however High and Emergency priority Business Tasks are giving more visibility within List screens and the Global View, by being presented in amber and red font respectively.
