Earlier versions of ActiveControl required the customer ActiveControl Administrator to centrally upload end-user pictures via backend transaction SMW0.
This created unnecessary ongoing maintenance overhead for ActiveControl Administrators, so it is now the responsibility of the individual end-user to upload their own image (if desired) via the User Details screen of the Web Platform.
It is possible to upload pictures of file type .jpeg, .jpg and .bmp. The maximum file size is 2MB.
