As part of the ActiveControl Web Platform, Control Point Labelling has been introduced to allow customers to tailor the standard out-of-the-box control point terminology (ie Inbox, Import Queue, Test Queue, Outbox) to their own local terminology. This is something that many customers requested of Basis Technologies over the years to make it easier for their end-users to relate the ActiveControl workflow to their existing processes.
Control Point Labels are configured via the Target configuration General screen.
