Basis Technologies typically issue a new ActiveControl license key to our customers as part of the annual subscription renewals process.
This license key can be uploaded by ActiveControl Administrators via SE38 > /BTI/TE_LICENSE_MANAGER in the ActiveControl Domain Controller.
