It is enable to put ActiveControl into ‘maintenance mode’, whereby no users are able to access the Web Platform UI.

This can be useful when maintenance is being done by Administrators, for example a cumulative patch is being deployed or an ActiveControl Upgrade is being performed.

Maintenance Mode is enabled via “Configure Maintenance Mode” option within /BTI/TE_LICENSE_MANAGER program in the Domain Controller.

When “Maintenance Mode Active” is set – all users will see the following screen in the Web Platform until the mode is removed.
