Table /BTI/TE_RE_SYSTP is used to map Targets configured in the Web Platform front-end to System Types used in the Rules Engine back-end configuration.
This configuration table is only required if you want to be able to configure the Consumer tables based on System Type / Location level, instead of Target/Location.
