Check Documentation (0051) can be used to check if documents of particular categories have been attached/linked to a Business Task as part of the approval in a particular ActiveControl Control Point. This can help to automatically check if, for example, a functional specification has been attached to a Business Task at the point a Dev Outbox approval is being performed, or if UAT Test Evidence has been attached at the point a Production Inbox approval is being performed.
The Check Documentation analyser does not check the contents of the documents, it purely validates that the defined documents have been attached.
It is possible to check for a maximum of 5 different document categories in a particular control point.
