CTS+ Conflict Analysis (0011) performs the conflict checks for non-ABAP objects during the merge process to ensure that the transport being imported does not overwrite local changes in the merge target system. The transport attachments are exploded and the contents are analysed to determine if any conflicts are present.
For conflicting objects, the last changed timestamps are compared and a message is output if it has been found that the transport to be imported has an earlier timestamp than the one in the merge target system.
