Accessing ActiveControl

Accessing ActiveControl is only possible by users that have been assigned specific ActiveControl authorisations roles. These roles are assigned within the ActiveControl Domain Controller system by your own local organisation’s SAP Securities & Authorisation Team.

Out of the box single and composite roles are available with ActiveControl for the following user personas typically involved in the delivery of SAP change.

• Developer
• Team Lead
• Tester
• Change Team
• Project Manager
• Basis
• Administrator
• Planner
• View

You will need to have at least one of the above roles assigned to your user account in the ActiveControl Domain Controller to be able to use the product.

No ActiveControl authorisations are required by end users in the satellite SAP systems being managed by ActiveControl.
