Links to standard Basis Technologies documentation on ActiveControl, along with links to any documentation created by your own organisation are available via the Help menu option in the top right of the Web Platform screen.

Technical Support
If you have questions or encounter technical issues whilst using ActiveControl, you should please contact your local ActiveControl Administrator(s) in the first instance, via the agreed IT support processes within your organisation.
Where appropriate, your ActiveControl Administrators will then contact Basis Technologies Support Team where required.
