Creating Transport Forms

At most Customers, ActiveControl Transport Forms will be created and populated by the Transport Owners in the SAPGUI of the Development satellite system in which the transport has been created.

However in the case of non-ABAP transports or external 3rd Party Vendor transports, the Transport Form will be created within the Web Platform instead. Similarly, this approach might also be the case at some Customers that prefer to centrally create their Transports and Transport Forms via certain users within ActiveControl.

ActiveControl Transport Forms are created by authorised users in the Web Platform, via the Transport Form tile.

Clicking on the Create button will bring the user to a screen where they can enter the Transport Number for which they want to create a Transport Form within ActiveControl.

Entering a Transport Number will then take the User to the blank Transport Form screen.
